I want to build this plan!

About this home

This family-focused plan has all the features you need to separate the kids, corral the clutter, get everyone in the kitchen, and send the parents off to a mini-retreat.

It's named after the oldest child of the family who brought us the plan. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the kid side of the house, there's room for everyone.

That sink looking over the backyard lets mom and dad keep an eye on what's going on. The rest of the kitchen speaks for itself. You have to tour it to believe it.

The large walk-in pantry holds food for all the crew and the oversized island is outfitted with a microwave drawer, trash drawer, and other specialty pullouts.

And can we talk about that laundry room and nearby mud bench? Storage and space galore! The mom brought us an inspiration photo for laundry basket drawers and our cabinetmaker took it from there.

One of our favorite features of this plan is a man closet we now call the "Jaimie Closet" within the Heritage family. It's a walk-in space in the garage hall big enough to hold all the gear, guy-toys, and anything a dad needs.

The private owner ensuite features a custom shower and large soaking tub. Notice the undermount installation -- isn't it beautiful? That's another Pinterest find that the mom brought us. She plans to retreat into this space with a glass of wine after a long day of work and parenting.

The split his-and-her vanities are sure to be appreciated on busy mornings. In between the vanities, we built our signature hair cabinet to corral all of mom's beauty appliances. Check out the large walk-in closet and island built-in.

This plan is just one example of how we brought clients' custom dreams to life. As land in Lake Jackson continues to disappear, we project a plan like The Austin will be perfect for Oakwood Shores (Richwood), Angleton’s Bar-X or Chenango Ranch, or your own slice of Texas acreage anywhere you’ve chosen to call home.

We take the overwhelm out of building on your own land, as we deal with HOA and other code requirements.
We’ve even worked with mortgage lenders to identify the best products that allow you to purchase the land and the home all at the same time, potentially saving thousands of dollars in closing costs.

So even if you don't already own the land, we can help. Our built-right process and promise makes choosing your financing as painless as choosing your granite and tile.
