About this home

This contemporary Craftsman has plenty of room to call home with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. In designing this plan, our team upgraded the popular open concept, offering spaces that are connected yet defined and slightly separated. We also looked for ways to incorporate areas that can easily be tailored to your family.

  • One of the upstairs bedrooms is oversized and can be converted to a play room, craft area, or family media space.
  • Need an office? We’ll customize the downstairs front bedroom to fit your workflow perfectly.
  • The area off the kitchen can hold a second table or be used as a sitting / conversation area. Add a fireplace and make it a hearth room.

The centrally located kitchen keeps the cook close to the conversation. The oversized island offers seating for four and will be outfitted to meet your #kitchengoals. This plan allows for the popular wall oven/microwave combo, leaving your vent hood space available to feature Pinterest-worthy cabinetry.

The butler pantry passage looks like something straight off of Instagram. Located next to this gem is the workhorse of the plan — a generous walk-in pantry. The dining room is another connected yet separated space. Its position next to the wide-open foyer incorporates even more room to circulate when you have guests over.

The private owner ensuite features one of the newest trends in bathroom design — a luxurious wet room. Retreat into this tiled space and enjoy the spa-like soaking tub and two-person shower. Nearby, the generous master closet offers convenient, direct access to the laundry area.

The vaulted porch makes a grand entrance  while a covered back patio offers ample room for grilling and entertaining.

We will work with you to choose a color palette that beckons you home. Most clients gravitate toward the muted grays or taupes, but the subcontractors we work with can accomplish any vision, including glazing your cabinetry for that one-of-a-kind effect.

In the gathering spaces, our expert flooring craftsmen install wood-look tile according to our custom instructions to simulate the look of real wood.  Carpet is standard in the sleeping spaces, but you can choose to carry the tile into these areas as well.
