The Contract Process

Our Sales Team is committed to guiding you through every step of the contract process.

They’ll answer your questions, take your calls, and level with you on what you need to know about your wishes and dreams.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU:

Transparency

Phased Approach

Clarity

Initial Meeting

It all begins with either a phone call or a calendar appointment. From there, we’ll answer your questions and ask you the ones we need answered to best help you. If you know you’re ready to meet, find a time that works for you:

Proposal

Once you’ve completed the checklist and we get your questions answered, the sales team will email you a written proposal.

The proposal will list most of what you discussed, covering the major items that affect pricing, and define all the rooms plus any upgrades you want. Once you see the proposal, you may have questions or edits that you’d like to discuss, and we’re here for all of it! The sales team will help you determine if it’s better to get your questions answered with an email, a phone call, or an additional meeting.

Pre-Contract Meeting

Once you’re comfortable with what you know about Heritage, your pricing, and your plan, the Sales Team will set up a meeting for you with our Design Director.  Before you sign the contract, she wants to walk you through what to expect for the design/build process and answer any preliminary questions you might have.

Contract Review

From there, we write up a specifications sheet, listing all the items we discussed that are included and affect the contract pricing. This becomes Exhibit A of the contract we will send for you to review. We promise transparency and clarity, so you get to look at the contract again and ask questions with the team in a final meeting before you sign.

We don’t scrimp on time and effort to help you get your questions answered, understand what you’re building and what we’ve priced in. Then, we shepherd you through the process until the end because we don’t like “gotchas,” and we assume you don’t either.
