Slab

Insulation
We use Open Cell UPC Polymer 500 spray foam for insulation. This product will increase the structural integrity of your home as well as lower your energy usage by 30% from traditional insulation.
Spray foam improves the overall indoor air quality in your home by blocking allergens and pollutants that can seep in through loosely insulated exterior walls.
It’s easier to maintain consistent temps throughout the home and will increase the life of your HVAC system because of the conditioned attic space.
Framing
We design and build your home to act as a structural system that will resist the necessary dead loads (weight of materials), live loads (weights imposed by use and occupancy), and wind loads. Our beams, studs, joists, and rafters act as a structural skeleton and are engineered to be strong enough to resist these loads.
